Pilates with Raven
Hi, I’m Raven Harris; Embodied practitioner at Studio Harris 33. I blend therapeutic practices with the healing arts to encourage holistic well-being.
My signature Pilates mat session is a 45-minute slow- to mid-tempo full-body flow using body weight and gravity. It improves posture, core strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through intentional movement, deep stretching and strong mind–muscle connection.
Perfect for anyone seeking a beginner-friendly, full-body workout that nurtures strength and mobility in a supportive group setting.
